POULTRY PROCESSING COSTS

  • Cornish Hens / Roosters / Dual Purpose: $8.50 per bird

  • Turkeys: $20.00 per bird (Additional surcharges apply for turkeys over 25 lbs)

  • Quails: $4.00 per bird

Note: Poultry under 3 lbs will be packaged multiple per bag.

DISCOUNTS & PACKAGING

  • Provide Your Own Bags: Take $1.00 off the processing cost per bird. (Note: We will not vacuum seal.)

EXTRAS & ADD-ONS

  • Gizzards Cleaned: $1.00 per bird

  • Bird Parted Out: $4.00 per bird (Skin on, bone on: wing, breast, drumstick, thigh)

  • Brick of Ice: $2.00 each (4 required to part out, or customer must supply 2 bags of ice)

MILEAGE & SERVICE AREA

  • Mileage is included within a 50 km return trip of T8C 1H9.

  • After 50 km return, a surcharge of $0.60 per km will be applied.
